Chelsea Herzig
ARTS CAMP DIRECTOR
I am a graduate of SUNY New Paltz and hold a bachelor’s degree in visual arts education as well as a bachelor of fine arts in ceramics. I have been teaching art since 2020, and have taught in a wide variety of settings from public schools to museums, even virtually! I am passionate about developing culturally responsive curriculum and shaping the next generation of socially engaged artists. Currently, I am pursuing my graduate degree in arts administration and museum leadership at Drexel University. My primary medium is clay, but my art practice spans both 2D and 3D media. In my free time you can find me hanging out with my cat, Pancake, cosmic bowling, or thrifting!
