Students will learn how to draw and paint the human form using sight measuring, anatomical proportions, value, contour, and color! This 8-week course will start with the skeletal break down, gesture drawings, and short figure poses, and end with extended poses. Students will learn the techniques that will help them curate their own dynamic figure compositions and portfolio. Students are required to bring a sketchbook.
 

This class will prepare students for advanced classes such as Senior Project, live model courses, and college applications.
