The Art Effect

Zach Reid is an arts/media teacher coming out of Poughkeepsie New York. He is also a musician, recording artist and athlete on other days. He is a graduate of Poughkeepsie High School, and furthered his music and education at Herkimer College where he graduated with his Associates Degree in Music Industry. Zach also played soccer for them and his team won the Regional championship 3 seasons in a row to qualify for Nationals. He has been a part of the Art Effect team for 4 years now and enjoys working with the students and helping them take their creative thoughts and forming them into a reality. This is Zach’s 4th year teaching at Dutchess Arts Camp, teaching things like Photography, Mixed Media, Stop Motion Animation and Garageband and is looking forward to meeting all of the amazing young artists that are joining us this summer at camp! I believe with passion and work ethic will get you to where you want to be no matter the distance of your goal.
