A new youth community center called the Youth Opportunities Union (The YOU) is going to be built at 35 Montgomery Street, Poughkeepsie and we need YOU to get involved! Come to a free artmaking workshop hosted by The Art Effect where you will learn about The YOU and create art that will be displayed on the fence surrounding the construction site and on The YOU website! All materials will be provided, bring yourself and what you love about living in Dutchess County. For children ages 5-11.
