The PKX Festival Committee at The Art Effect invite local teens to create VR Graffiti Art with KingSpray Griffiti on the Oculus! Come create beautiful street art and learn about the upcoming PKX arts festival in Poughkeepsie September 15-17, 2022! Workshop is open to teens ages 13-19.
