Experimental Video Art

Everyone knows how to take a video these days, but it takes an artist to elevate video to the next level. In this class, you’ll explore using the camera like a paintbrush to capture nontraditional shots, angles, and movements to create moods and feelings in audiences. Experimenting with editing of visuals and audio, filming techniques, and even the mode of presentation, you’ll learn to create worlds, sights, and experiences beyond standard films.
